Cooks' Guild
The Cooks' Guild researches and indulges in the culinary arts of the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Topics ranging from "How to Cook for Over Three Hundred People" to "Period Cooking Over a Camp Fire" to "Alternatives to Potatoes" are met with lively discussion and enthusiasm.

Meets the second Sunday of each month.

Textile Guild
If it has to do with the production or use of fiber, someone in the Textile Guild knows about it. Spinning, dying, weaving, knitting, nalbinding and many other fiber arts are studied and practiced. The Guild sponsors group projects to give members an opportunity to learn new techniques, and even organizes the occasional field trip to places of interest to fiber geeks (like a sheep farm).

Meets the last Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in members' homes (location rotates).

Scribes' Guild
The Scribes' Guild helps keep the Kingdom and Barony well stocked in beautiful scrolls. While calligraphy and illumination are the primary arts practiced, they also entertain a healthy interest in period pigments, parchment, paper, pens, guilding and glair. Dance Guild
The Danse Guild meets to learn, teach, and practice period dancing. We study bransles, Italian court danses, and English Country Danse. Garb is encouraged and we often have live music!

The Minstrels' Guild is a loose association of instrumental musicians. We play easy period tunes on instruments such as violin, mandolin, viola, recorder, penny whistle, harp or guitar. New players always welcome!
