Recurring Caer Galen events at a glance
A weekly Fighter Practice is held every Tuesday at Roosevelt Park through summer. 700 Longs Peak Ave Longmont, CO 80501. We will be on the southwest corner of Bross and Longs Peak. Practice starts around 6:00 and ends at 9:00.

Caer Galen's archery practice will be held at Empty Quiver every Sunday from 9am-11am. Fee is $10 and you can stay all day.
Equestrian practice will be held on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 9am.
Arts &Sciences Scribal Night
We will be having a monthly scribal night, the last Thursday of every month. We will provide light tables and inspiration. If you need something specific please feel free to reach out to me. At this moment the location is to be determined. Check the calendar for updates.
Caer Galen Social
Good populace, the first Thursday of every month we will be having a social night.
June Caer Galen Social Night - Heraldry Workshop

For June the wonderful and talented Mistress Matilda will be teaching a heraldic class at June's social. She will go over topics like, Learn what heraldry is in the SCA! Begin to research an SCA name and design a heraldic device!
There will be a quick overview about the structure of heraldry in the SCA, how it compares to real-world modern and medieval times, and what you need to do to have your own unique SCA name and device. Then we can break into smaller groups and get to it!
There is wifi available, so bring your laptop or tablet if you want to start doing research. Experienced heralds will be on-hand to help guide you through the process.
It is ok to bring in food, but we will need to clean up after.
The site is dry (no alcohol) and no tobacco use allowed on the premises.
Spring/Summer Fighter Practice location
Located in the heart of Longmont, right off of Main Street! Our summer fighter practice runs from May through August from 6pm till darkness deems it unsafe (usually 9pm).
Fall/Winter Fighter Practice location
Right off Hover and Boston, our winter fighter practice site is indoors, spacious and has a foyer with restrooms! This sites runs from September till the end of April from 6pm till 9pm.
